Troy Payne started in the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) business in 1991.
In 1990, Troy was the general manager of the Sheraton Inn and Conference Center in Springfield, MO when his new car was hit with hail. He took the damaged car back to the dealership and the salesman told him, "Don't take your brand new car to our body shop, there is a guy in town that can fix that hail damage without having to repaint your car; that's where the dealership had all of our new cars repaired". Seeing was believing. The car looked like new when the PDR tech got finished. Seeing an opportunity in paintless dent repair, Troy found a company to teach him the specialized skills of PDR.
After 26 years and over 30,000 PDR repaired vehicles, Troy is still enjoying the satisfaction of making dents disappear and customers happy.
